MR Home Care Solutions

By accessing and using the MR Home care solutions bot, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms apply to all Referral & Sales Agents ("Agents") and Healthcare Professionals ("Users") performing or applying for home care services.

  1. Professional Relationship

Independent Contractor Status: Agents are considered Independent Contractors, not employees or partners.

Flexibility: Agents work on a flexible basis and are responsible for their own equipment and taxes.

Coordination Tool: For Healthcare Professionals, the Bot is a tool for assignment coordination; it does not constitute a contract of employment until an assignment is officially confirmed.

  1. Information Collection & Verification

To facilitate onboarding and service management, we collect:

Personal Identity: Full name, phone number, and National ID/Passport.

Professional Credentials (Healthcare Professionals): CV/Resume, educational background, professional licenses, and certifications.

Payment Details (Agents): Bank account or mobile money information (e.g., Telebirr) for commission transfers.

Verification: We reserve the right to verify the authenticity of professional documents with relevant licensing boards or educational institutions.

  1. Strict Confidentiality & Data Privacy

The "In-Bot" Rule: Patient information is shared strictly for referral or assignment purposes. You are prohibited from copying, screenshotting, downloading, or sharing this information outside of the Telegram Bot interface.

Non-Disclosure: You must maintain 100% confidentiality regarding any patient data encountered.

Security: Users must enter data directly into the Bot and are prohibited from keeping lists of patient needs or contact info in personal phone notes or galleries.

Informed Consent: Agents must inform patients that their data is being shared with MR Home care solutions for healthcare purposes.

Prohibited Contact: Agents may not contact referred patients for any reason other than the initial referral and sale of company products.

  1. Commission & Payment Terms (Agents Only)

Basis of Pay: Payments are strictly commission-based with no base salary unless otherwise stated in writing.

Payout Schedule: Commissions are paid once a referral is validated (e.g., patient pays for service or product delivery is successful).

Clawbacks: If a service is canceled or a product is refunded, we reserve the right to deduct that commission from future earnings.

  1. Professional & Ethical Conduct

Truthful Representation: You must represent services and products truthfully, avoiding false medical claims or "guaranteed cures".

Accuracy: Users must provide accurate and truthful personal and professional information.

Anti-Spam: You may not use the Bot to harvest numbers for other businesses.

  1. Security & Liability

Telegram Security: You are responsible for securing your own Telegram account, specifically by using Two-Step Verification.

Liability: MR Home care solutions provides the Bot "as is" and is not liable for technical interruptions within Telegram or damages arising from user misuse.

  1. Termination & Data Retention

Termination Grounds: We reserve the right to terminate access and withhold commissions for fraudulent referrals, violation of patient confidentiality, or providing false information.

Retention for Professionals: Records for hired professionals are kept for the duration of service. Data for unsuccessful applicants is stored for 6 months before deletion.

Retention for Agents: Records of patients referred and products sold are maintained to facilitate payments and track performance.
