This Privacy Policy describes how MR Home care solutions ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and protects information provided by Referral and Sales Agents ("Agents") and Healthcare Professionals through our Telegram Bot. By using this Bot and submitting your information, you provide explicit consent for us to process your data for the purposes outlined below.

  1. Information We Collect

We collect specific data depending on your role to manage accounts, verify professional standing, and ensure high-quality patient care.

Identity Information: Full name, phone number, age, and a copy of your National ID or Passport.

Professional Data (Healthcare Professionals): CV/Resume, educational history, professional licenses, and specialized certifications.

Financial Information (Agents): Bank account details or mobile money (e.g., Telebirr) numbers for commission payouts.

Contact & Location Data: Physical address and GPS location (required for healthcare professionals when checking in for home visits).

Referral & Service Logs: Unique Agent IDs for tracking sales and service logs or assignment data for healthcare professionals.

  1. Information Collected on Behalf of Patients

When Agents refer a patient or Healthcare Professionals are assigned a case, third-party data is processed within the Bot:

Patient Details: Name, phone number, home address, and diagnosis or health requirements.

Consent: Agents must ensure the patient has consented to sharing their details with us.

Restricted Access: Patient info is only visible to the professional assigned to that specific case.

  1. How We Use This Information

Data is used strictly for operational, security, and compliance purposes:

Verification & Compliance: Confirming legal rights to practice, verifying identity to prevent fraud, and auditing access to patient records.

Matching & Service Delivery: Assigning professionals based on location and skill set, and contacting patients to deliver services or products.

Commission Management (Agents): Tracking successful referrals and processing earned payouts.

  1. Data Protection & "Closed-Loop" Policy

The protection of patient information is our highest priority.

Strict Non-Disclosure: Agents and professionals are prohibited from using patient data for any purpose outside of the Bot referral or assigned service.

No Local Storage: You are strictly prohibited from exporting, screenshotting, or saving patient health data, contact lists, or sensitive info to your personal device gallery.

Post-Assignment: Once a session is completed, access to sensitive patient data may be restricted or deleted from active chat history.

Security Responsibilities: While we use secure server protocols and Telegram’s encryption, you are responsible for securing your own account. We strongly recommend enabling Two-Step Verification.

  1. Data Sharing & Third Parties

No Commercial Selling: We never sell, rent, or trade your personal data or patient data to third-party marketing firms.

Service Fulfillment: Data is shared only with internal medical/logistics teams and relevant financial institutions (for commission transfers).

Legal Compliance: We may share data with government health regulatory bodies or by court order to verify professional standing or comply with the law.

  1. Data Retention & Your Rights

Retention: We retain data for active partners. For inactive agents, records are kept for 6 months to comply with financial auditing and tax regulations.

Your Rights: You have the right to request a report of earned commissions (Agents), access a copy of your personal data, and request corrections to outdated information.

Deletion: You may request account deletion, subject to legal record-keeping requirements for healthcare providers and pending financial obligations.
